Now you can enjoy a fascinating guided tour of “Lightworks”. It’s the amazing, purpose built, Blackpool Illuminations depot – where all of the magic is made.
Look inside and find out how it works with Lightworks Heritage Tours.
Blackpool’s World famous Illuminations have captivated everyone for over one hundred years. Princess Louise was the first Royal visitor in 1912 who marvelled at the display of 10,000 lamps.
Now we all love the miles of digitally controlled features which light up our Promenade. About 4 million visitors come to see them every year.
You’ll find out how the Illuminations are designed and made, and how they work, with the Lightworks Heritage Tours.
