Fylde Coast Skills Fair

The Fylde Coast Skills Fair

Friday 19th May 2017 - 2pm until 7pm.

Fylde Coast MP Paul Maynard will be hosting a skills fair for his constituents at Blackpool & Fylde College, Bispham.

The event will bring together training providers and businesses located in our area with young people and job seekers who are looking for training and apprenticeship opportunities in and around The Fylde Coast.

Paul, MP for Blackpool North & Cleveleys, says ‘I am delighted to host my first Fylde Coast Skills Fair. Skilling up our local workforce and retaining our local talent is imperative to the success of our economy in the Fylde Coast area. There is a huge number of local businesses offering apprenticeship and training opportunities and The Fylde Coast Skills Fair is a great forum in which young people and jobseekers can speak face to face with employers offering these local opportunities.”

The Fylde Coast Skills Fair will offer opportunities in all sectors. This is an excellent opportunity and I look forward to seeing for myself the training opportunities that local businesses have to offer. Any company or training provider requiring further information to either sponsor or attend the fair should email office@paulmaynard.co.uk
